Have you had surgery for endometriosis and did you conceive afterwards? |
We've been TTC for 29mos..HSG, semen analyses, blood work is all normal. I was on Clomid for 3 mos and had an u/s to see if I had cysts. I ended up having endometriomas on my ovaries. I knew I probably had endo, but a year ago Dr. didn't think it was severe enough to hinder conception. Now he thinks it may be and wants me to think about surgery. Have you or anyone you know been through this? Thank you! One of my best friends had endo and a lot of other problems-cysts the size of tennis balls. She had the surgery and many others. Her dr. told her she would never have a child. About a year and a half later...she got pregnant and now has a very healthy and happy little girl. Where this is a will, there is a way. Best of luck! Yea i had a friend also that had surgery due to endometriosis and was told she would never be able to concieve a child so she looked into adoption... 1 1/2 year later BOOM she was prego with a darling little girl who i believe now is 3-4 months old and healthy! i send TONS baby dust u way!!! |

My sister and I are living proof that it is possible to get pregnant even with endometriosis. My mom and dad got married at 20 and 21, and started trying for a baby a couple of years later. When ... if u dont get answers all i can recommend is googling and trying to find one that way or speak to ur doctor and see if they can recommend someone..goood luk ...One of the best ways to treat endometriosis is thru surgically removing it in the hands of a doctor who is very experienced.
