HELP!!!!! INFO NEEDED ON ADENOMYOSIS & ENDOMETRIOSIS?

My friend has been told she has both of these conditions .. what is the difference between them, and how will it complicate the treatement options for either?
The Drs have been utterly rubbish, and she is besides herself.
Please help!

The difference between endometriosis and adenomyosis is that endometriosis is on the outside of an area like the uterus although it can affect other organs like the bladder and bowel. With adenomyosis it is tissue that stays on the inside of the uterus.
