im on medication for my epilepsy but they cant give me a different type cuz of my heart,

Yes, the hormone changes can increase epileptic episodes. It is hard to find a doc to diagnose it as such though. They put you on birth control pills, and instead of taking them as normal you skip the last 7 pills in the pack which are non active pills and cause your period to begin. By skipping the last 7 pills of the month and starting a new pack of pills, you skip your period.

no. You cannot stop your periods.
The first person is silly.
Birth Control pills do not STOP your period, and you still have 12 a year, but they just make them shorter.

You have to have a period because it cleans out the lining of your ovary.

Yeah... Um. Mn or whatever is the silly one here. Birth control pills absolutely can stop your period if you start a new cycle of active pills during the time you should be taking inactive pills. Tons of women do it.

There are IUD's and Birth control pills that can stop your period, or only give you one or two a year.
The hormones are probably contributing to the fits..
Are you on any medication for them?
Hope things get better... take care!
