How do I induce a fit of epilepsy in myself?

I have a bottle of dressing for my Seizure salad with directions to "shake well before using"... Thanks for your help.

Well, remember that toy you fell on not too long ago? I'm thinking if it was the heavy duty wall plug non-battery type of appliance, you could duplicate the accident, hobble off to the the bathroom, fill the bathtub with water, plug in the appliance, and sit down in the tub.

Quick here's the strobe light I'll just plug it in.

Read some TD Oyweh poems in the bath tub or have a nude picture of Penfold in the Kitchen.
