Is it safe to run in a marathon if you have epilepsy? |
My wife doesn't regularly have seizures hasn't had one for 5 years but is concerned about having one in the marathon. the best solution would be to have a person who knows what to do during as seizure run with u No, it's not safe, unless you intend on running in the back. If you have a seizure, and no one around you notices the initial stages, you could easily become trampled and die from internal bleeding. |
