If someone recovers from epilepsy, can their brain continue decrease in remembering? |
What I wish to know is, you know if people have epilepsy, the individual can get brain damage. If that person recovers from epilepsy, can the brain damage continue to get worse over long period of time? No, once your epilepsy stops, then there will be no more neuronal degradation, it's just that as long as you're having epileptic episodes, there will be brain damage and this will get worse if the episodes continue. well actually i know someone who suffers from epilepsy and it has been so many years but there MEMORY has not decreased yet. so in my opinion i think that the persons memory does not decrease if they suffer from epilepsy . they have to keep away from stress and pressure they might get it back as their body is ready for it. Ask your GP for advises. ask a neuro. doctor. |
