I'm trying to conceive, which herbs should I avoid if my estrogen levels are high? |
I know this question has been asked a million times over, but what are the best herbs for conception? I'm taking several things already..dong quai, red clover, red raspberry, alfalfa, progesterone cream (at the right times), evening prim, fish oil, flaxseed (at the right times), vitex, false unicorn (liquid), and maca. I have been doing this for 2-3 months now. I have a 10 yr old but havent been able to conceive since. I know that my estrogen levels are high and am progesterone deficient. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. You should actually look into seeing a RE and getting a progesterone suppository fertilexx on the natural remedies website will help you good luck |
