What effects does a raised estrogen level have on a woman? esp in the effects on the menstral cycle?

Since I am not sure what your progesterone levels are I will assume that the estrogen is higher than the progesterone. If this is the case than it could cause irregular bleeding. Some other symptoms you might notice are:
anxiety
breast tenderness
headaches
water retention
weight gain

Each one of our body's are so different that even if you have high levels your body may not respond to it negatively. What may register as high may be fine with your body.
