Estrogen and the effects on a male child?

If you give a male child estrogen pills around the age of 4 or 5 all the way until he's about 15 or 16, would he develop semi feminine features but still look like a male or would he look completely like a female when he reaches that age?

Well i think that they will look More feminine than most males, and will likely develop some female attributes, but unless you cut his testosterone production entirely he'll likely remain more masculine than average girls.
