Ive just started the low-estrogen pill, its supposed to be good for your skin but mines has really flared up!?

im not gettin as many spots but its gone a bit dry now!
does anyone no if it will stay like this or if its just my body getting used to more hormones and it will calm down?
I know my friend was prescribed the pill for her bad achne so i hoped that would be a handy advantage although im only using it as contraception. ive only been on it one packet now and its gettin me quite down!!
Ive had no other side-effects!!

Any suggestions on helping my skin

The best contraceptive pill for acne is Yasmin, it can take up to three months before you notice any difference though.

If that fails to work, then a two pronged attack with a tetracycline antibiotic (either minnocycline or lemmecycline), used in conjunction with a topical Benzoyl peroxide gel generally helps most people.

no pill is good for your skin so who ever told you it was really don't know what there on about all pills can make you spotty and give you acne
