My personal trainer has suggested that I cut all Soy out of my diet due to estrogen and the fact I'm a male? |
Can anybody provide evidence to support or debunk this suggestion? Soy does contain estrogen. But it also has tons of protien. I really don't see why he's saying you can't have it. It's not like there's enough to turn you into a woman or anything. Just don't go overboard. |
