I am 38 years old. I had a fibroid. Now it has been cured. want to get pregnant? |
i am 38. I had a fibroid. now it has been cured. Can i get pregnant As long as you are still ovulating and have good viable eggs you can get pregnant. You can request a blood test from your OB/GYN to check your LH and FSH levels. Elevated FSH levels usually indicate that your egg reserves are getting low and it may be harder to get pregnant. Hope this helps. I am also 38 and had a fibroid removed in Dec. I did an IUI on the 2nd of Feb which resulted in pregnancy. However I did suffer a miscarriage 2 weeks ago. That had nothing to do with my age though! I was something that just happened! So YES you can get pregnant, and if you really want to don't give up!! God Bless and Baby Dust to you!! We will be trying again in June!! |
