Any natural ways to shrink or remove fibroids? |
Any natural ways to shrink or remove fibroids? I've asked doctors and specialists about this and apparently there is nothing you can do yourself like diet or exercise or anything else. As long as they are not painful or causing problems they should be fine, left as is. If it is a problem then they may need to be surgically removed. Fibroids are caused by consuming a diet that is very high in cooked processed foods, meats and dairy. The cause of fibroids remains a mystery, but the tumors seem to respond to changes in level of the hormone estrogen. When estrogen is plentiful, such as during pregnancy,or while a women is taking oral contraceptives, fibroids grow.Other factors why women may make a women more prone to developing fibroids includes, obesity, alcohol use,a high fat diet, vitamin B deficiency and high levels of the hormone progesterone.Unfortunatly if fibroids don't shrink the most common treatment in women is a hysterectomy,or women who want a less drastic measure who want to reamain fertile may be candidates for myomectomy. Recent studies show that fibroids can be reversed or removed by eliminating dairy from our diet. But my husband's contention is that it's not eliminating it but rather to look for unpasteurized milk and take that instead. However, if saying no to dairies is ok with you, you might wanna try that. You should see some effects in less than a month. You can try water fasting to canabolize your fibroids through autolysis. |
