What are the best treatments available for treating Utrine fibroids?

Currently,my wife suffers from severe pelvic paindue to fibriods which was already diagonesed.But ,we dont want to go for any surgery?
I would like to know what are the treatments available for treating fibroids without removing uterus?make sure that particular treatment is 100% proven and avlable in chennai,India?
Is there any methods to treat it naturally with the help of diet?
Any best alternative system like siddha,homeopathy,which was proven medicine for fibroids?
We prefer to have oral medicines from any type of medical system for complete cure of Fibroids?

remaval of uterus is not the only way we treat fibroids!so, cool it!the treatment options r many,
*medical,hormonal
*surgical-myomectomy(uterus is left in place)
hysterectomy(uterus is removed)-usually done in elderly,postmenopausal ladies,who have completed thier families, wid fibroids,because of its chances of turning into malignant(cancerous),this is highly unlikely in a young female.

the treatment depends on these folowing factors-
1.age
2.parity
3.any complications
4.menstrual status
5.others(tolerance to drugs,etc.,)

so,see a good gynaecologist n follow the instructions.drug treatments with a small surgery(not necessarily uterus removal) is usually done.
