it is ur ultrasound report of pelvis
it states that ur uterus is anteverted (normal position of uterus it states relation of different axis if uterus,cervix and vagina
next point that ur uterus is enlarged
third is that there is multiple fibroids it is definetely a disease but small fibroids is seen in many females of >35yrs age
treatment depends upon whether it is causing symptoms or not
age of patient
is it indenting endometrium or not
size of fibroid
treatment include removal of uterus if completed family and female dont want wants menses
if it is causing infertility then removal of fibroids
new techniques like thermoablation are also available not prooven so effective
now last point free fluid in cul de sac not to worry as it may be a normal finding
