Wjhat causes fibroids?

can it be treated and does it affect all women,does it cause inability to give birth

A fibroid starts as a single muscle cell in the uterus. For reasons that are not known, this cell changes into a fibroid tumor cell and starts to grow and multiply. Heredity may be a factor. It is thought that a muscle cell in the uterus may be "programmed" from birth to develop into a fibroid sometime-perhaps many years-after puberty (the start of menstrual periods).

it is due to hormonal imbbalances..so the endocrine system doesn't work the way it should ..it can be treated..it affects lots of women thesedays due to stress, wrong life style,hormonal problems..sometimess it does inhibit to give birth but lots of medication r there to solve it out..nothing to worry
