hiya. I had two fibroids when I had a scan three years ago and then I had another scan one year later which again showed two fibroids again with no change. I had 6 months off work and did a lot of walking about 7 miles once a week and used one tsp of organic natural cider vinegar which contains potassium in it. When i got pregnant the scan only showed one fibroid and I guess it was due to the fact that i was off work for 6 months and was stress free, did alot of walking,used one tsp; of organic cider vinegar with my meals, eat healthly ( salads and fruits and little meat, tried to make myself happy,and I also lost weight and was fit and healthy.
