What are the symtoms of fibroids?

they will vary from woman to woman, and depending on size & location of fibroid tumour....but:

excessive bleeding (prolonged or too much, clotting) pain & pressure in pelvic region, back of legs, bladder and/or bowels, pain during sexual intercourse, an abnormally distended lower abdomen that is not caused by weight gain/ pregnancy.

Where are they? I had them in the uterus and the breasts. In the uterus I had symptoms of excessive bleeding during my cycle, and a feeling like there was a sack of rocks in my lower abdominal area . I finally had my uterus removed and the doctor said I had some that were as big as lemons! The fibroid in the breasts had no symptoms but would always cause the mammograms I had to be given a second look with a ultrasound.
