After menopause they often disappear. If you are taking estrogen supplements that can make them worse.
Ibuprophen is good for pain. Be sure to be checked frequently.
A nurse might know.

I'd say watch your diet and exercise.
i would see your nurse at your Dr's for some information
i have never heard of a natural way, the only way to have them removed is surgery and you may need to get them done quickly before they give you too much grief. good luck
