There is no tablet which can shrink the size of the fibroids. Luprone injection can reduce the size of them. There is another procedure called embolization which blocks the blood supply to the fibroids and shrinks the size. If you have single tiny fibroid then you can go for laparoscopy to remove it.If you have lot of fibroids then only option is to have surgery. Source(s): Personal experience
