Is it possible to become pregnant if you have fibroids ?


If not how does one get rid of them (fibroids) ?

Yes, you can get pregnant if you have fibroids, BUT they can cause complications in pregnancies. Fibroids can cause LOTS of pain and grow to be very large where you can look pregnant even if you aren't. If they are bothering you, start monitoring your pain, etc. And have the doctor do a sonogram so you can see how big they are. It may be recommended to get them removed. It is espeically recommended to get them removed if you haven't had children yet. I had mine removed via a myomectomy, it was the best thing I ever did!!! Yes, but you should make sure you see your obstetrition or Gyn. to make sure everything is taken care of. You may have to undergo something called a colposcopy first. Make sure you get checked out for your own benifit..Fibroids can become cancerous tumors if not checked. Especially if you are experiencing heavy bleeding or blood clots. Make sure you get a pap smear and follow your drs. advice.

Yes it's possible. But you are in risk of having an abortion or premature childbirth. The gynecologyst don't touch the fibroids unless they get big and cause you bleeding and bowel problems.
Yes, it is a fact i have two of them walking around. your doctor will give you some choices, shave them off,possibility they will return-remove your uterus- which is drastic if you want kids. There are a few more opitions-good blessings to you.I had surgery i was past my child bearing years this was best for me. I had 9 fibroids one was as big as a melon.
