Can I have a breast reduction done even if I have fibrosystic (fibroids) breast?

I really want to have a breast-reduction but I cant seem to find out whether or not this procedure is possible if I have fibroid breast and borderline diabeties along with high blood pressure? No Doctor will disclose this info. to me unless I'm willing to pay a lot of money just for a cosultation!
