Not directly.
Fibroids can make you have pain- and when you take pain meds- they are nauseating.
Is that the case with you?
are you sure it's a fibroid? did the doctor run a test on it to make sure it wasn't malignant cells?

if it is pressing on a nerve ending it might possibly make you nauseous. definitely go back to the doctor and have it checked out. fibroid can lead to all sorts of other complications. good luck!
