Is it pregnancy or fibroids cysts or what?

I just had my period the first week of this month and I haven't been "intimate" since before my period, which was around the last week of last month (September). I've been experiencing what feels like mentrual cramps, headaches, fatigue, and nauseated sometimes. It's been a daily thing for me lately. I am already a mom of a 16 months old girl and I know how it was being pregnant but the reason why I have doubts now is because I used a condom and I was careful. So I wanted to know what you may think it could be. Any suggestions would be great. Oh, maybe I should mention that I have 1 sexual partner which is my husband who is the father of my daughter. It feels like I'm pregnant but I'm just not sure. My hair and nails are growing fast too, that's what I had the first time I was pregnant as well. Thanks for your time.

I had a pap smear this year, I think it was in April and it came out normal. I had fibroids since I first started my pregnancy with my daughter, so that's why I'm confused if the symptoms I'm experiencing is pregnancy or something to do with the fibroids. I was fine after I gave birth to my daughter, no problems with my fibroids or anything else. So why would it start hurting now?

Lots of women have their first period after they get pregnant. I'd take a test, if it comes back negative I'd talk to a doctor. If it's a problem like cysts or endometriosis you want to catch it early on. Keep track of where the pain is also in case it could be an ectopic pregnancy.

seems a little early to be experencing any mom to be symptoms, when is the last time you had a pap smear ? maybe it would be a good idea to get one. good luck
