No, fibroids are smooth and vary in size. You are confusing a fibroid with a "dermoid" which is an ovarian tumor that can contain hair or teeth.

Fibroids are tumors..and do not contain hair/teeth! I agree with the first answer.... I also learned about dermoid which I did not know.
