Can you tell me how to cope with fibromyalgia ? |
and does anyone with fibromyalgia get a very red and hot face and if so how can you help this condition I have fybromyalga and its very painful,yes i do get a red face especially when its very painful.though its an ongoing condition and there are no medical remedies or answers as to why people develop it,but it does seem to attack women more than men.Ask you,r G.P.to refer you to a pain management clinic as that,s what i did.but honestly only you you,r self can deal with it in a way that you feel comfortable.Walking ,Swimming and keeping you,r self agile,is the only answer and taking Paracetamol or anything analgesic on days that are really bad can help with the pains.you will probably find the pain mooves onto different areas of you,r body.Try also to look online as there are some good writeups about it you could learn from.You have my sympathy.Good Luck. The FDA just cleared a drug for fibromyalgia, ask your DR. to see if it would benefit you. I can't remember the name, sorry |
