I have Arthritis and Fibromyalgia?

I often wake up because of a flare up, this last one was 3 hours ago, my ankle, knee,and hip on the left side of my body were on fire, it took 1/2 hr. of intense rubbing, I all so took 3 liquid gel tabs. All is well now ,I've had 3 hrs. sleep.
Does anyone else get these flare ups?

I feel your pains, though I don't think I have what you do, my pains are from an active life style and one to many crashes on motor bikes and quads, but like you I to wake with spasms and pain shooting throw my legs,knees, hip-rt, straight into my back and right to my neck. I to only get about three to four hours of sleep a night. Doesn't it just suck to hurt all the time?
Things could be worst though, we could be on vacation and spend it in bed while every one else is having a good time, don't you think? Lots of pain killers, yea that should work, just kidding ; )- .

i don't know what to say except hope the pain will lessen or totally be gone.this holiday rush i always feel muscle pain but this is nothing compare to what you feel,so i have no right to complain.hope you'll recieve a lot of TLC this christmas. Godbless!
