My fibromyalgia was well for a time now. I started drinking coffe again or provigil?

It is a drug my doctor prescribed me 5 days ago. I only drink 2 coffees daily.What is more likely?

If I drink coke, I am fine. Coffee gives me excessive bile that make me terribly sick and extra pain

It could be that you are becoming too acidic. They say a more alkaline pH is healthier. Acid causes pain. Personally, with fibro, I can't have any caffeine at all. My nervous system can't handle it.

CAFFEINE will make it flare BIG TIME, Drink decaf if you have to have your coffee, Avoid caffeine of any sort

Does coffe cause more pain? I was not aware of it. My Doctor evidently did'nt know. Help! I drink coffe regularly.
