FIBROMYALGIA}how to find someone to talk to whom suffers with this.?

My Quesetion , Ok i suffer with Fibromyalgia bad and i feel if i find someone to talk to that has it and understands it. maybe i could deal with it better than i am now. its so painful i find it hard to even be hugged. plz if there is anyone out there that can relate to this contact me at.....angelblossom1963@yahoo.com ty.

always feel free to contact me direct with suggestions, ideas, and expectations on how to manage to live with fibromyalgia. If you are recently diagnosed (last 5 years) it can be very emotionally and mentally overwhelming.

also fibrohope.org has chapters of local meetings of support groups that you may want to see if there is a chapter near you where you have the benefit of having a person physically near you. Please realize that sometimes some support groups may just simply complain about their diagnosis and offer very little support in moving forward in living with the problem

Having participated in a few of those that I felt did not personally help me, I have decided to try to help others not with just being sympathetic, but wanting to help others through provoking ideas and an optimistic outlook on life
