Is there any connection between Fibromyalgia and Thrombocythaemia?

I have both and I was wondering if one effects the other or one causes the other. To be able to answer this question honestly you need to know what Thrombocythaemia is, but I won't tell you and hopefully I won't get silly answers!! Helpful answers only please.

These are 2 completely different conditions. Thrombocythaemia is an overproduction of platelets ( a blood disease). Fibromyalgia is considered a form of arthritis. There is nothing to do with each other. You are just unlucky to have developed both.
Whereas fibro makes your whole body ache...the thrombo may cause easily bleeding and/or blood clots
