Does anyones fibromyalgia seem to get worse during or before your monthly? Mine gets really bad!!!!? Yes, mine was horrible!! Finally my GYN decided to stop me from having a cycle so I take active birth control pills every day, skip the placebo ones and start a new pack. Never have a period. My fibro is VERY hormonally affected, when there is the slightest change in my hormones I flare really bad. It got to the point that my best day of the month was the day I would start. Much better now. Hope this helps! Mine depend s on the weather. It comes and goes. Its not that bad in the summer time. Does your hurt more at night when you try to go to sleep? My good friend suffers from this and her doc just prescribed Lyrica for her and she said it has really helped with her pain. yes. lyrica works. ask ur doctor about it Yes. EXTRA achy and touchy.
