What kind of exercise routine is best for people with fibromyalgia?


Specifically, what type of exercise (ie walking, aerobics, etc) as well as what duration, frequency, and intensity? My current fitness level is 'couch potato' LOL

I would think it would be best to ask a physiotherapist about what you can do
Rule 1
Do not do a exercise if it's painful from the last time or a hour
That's some serious problem you have I have been told massage's are also good
I have one every 6-7 weeks as it takes away the stiffness I have osteoarthritis plus a few spine crushes
