Is there an over the counter medicine that would help my muscle pain from fibromyalgia? |
Something that would help me like somas do? or is there an herb? i am having a bad day with this pain. i mean something that i don't have to see the doctor to get? thanks If you are open minded for alternative methods, you could research Reiki. It's helped people with pain. There is also hypnosis which should be able to help. Reiki is great and you also might try kava which is a natural muscle relaxant and anti-anxiety root. This can probably be found at a health store or GNC and is available as a tea (Nice but not as potent) or a capsule and maybe even a powder that can be mixed with a little juice or water. It relaxes the muscles and nerves without muddying your ability to think. Yes. A menopausal ex-beautician rubbing crystals over you will help. It's not a medicine, but new research suggests swimming is quite beneficial... fibromyWHAT!!
