Does anyone know if there is a website where you can print up a checklist of symptoms for MS, or Fibromyalgia?

I was told by my sister that I could have somthing serious wrong, she told me a few different things that it could be like MS, Fibromyalgia, lupys, ect (she is a nurse so I hold some value to her thoughts) and I was trying to find a website where I can print up a list to check off the symptoms of these different conditions to take with me to my doctor, I tried searching on yahoo but didnt come up with any so hopefully there is someone out there that knows of one.

Please dont tell me to just write a list of my symptoms as I dont even know what they are I need a list, because I dont know where to start and I have terriable anexiety when it comes to doctors so even if there is somthing I want to tell the dr I usually am to flipped out and forget by the time I see the dr. Thanks for any help.

Try webmd

You have it.

try www.webMD.com good luck

I'm a massage therapist... its very hard to pin point if you have fibromyalgia but if your in constant pain then that could be it note your symptoms etc. so that when you do go to a Dr you can tell him/her what days were your best/worst etc.. bc with firbomyalgia you'll be in excruciating pain many days then perfectly fine the next but the important thing to remember is that if you do have this & you do have a good day DONT OVER DO IT!! See a dr then a massage therapist.. a good therapist will help alot! Many will even come to your house....I've heard web md.com is good

For whoever gave me thumbs down kiss my tan A S S! I know my S H I T when it comes to my job!!!

I hope these help...good luck

There are several sites that will let you enter your symptoms and suggest possible diagnoses. This is one that I found via Google. It's not a site that I use myself.

http://www.myelectronicmd.com/

This is a site that I do like. Once you know what your diagnosis is (from your doctor, not the above site), you can check out the various treatments and read what others with the same diagnosis thought about them. I particularly like that they rate ALL treatments, whether it's drugs, physical therapies, medical procedures, alternative treatments, supplements, counseling, etc.

For the diagnostic criteria of the specific conditions that you're interested in, just Google them up. Here's one for fibromyalgia. I searched "fibromyalgia diagnostic criteria."

Just substitute lupus or MS or RA or whatever for fibromyalgia and repeat the search.
