Can men get Fibromyalgia too?

I am 28 and I have Fibromyalgia. I really only her of women who have it and not men. Can men get it too? Even though I have it, I don't really know too much about it. I just stay very very active and I have found that alone helps me overcome it. :) (plus some meds)

Yes, anyone can get FIBROMYALGIA, Women , Men even children.
It is more common in women though, and it is thought by many that the tendency toward it is inherited.
