Has anyone markedly improved their fibromyalgia?

thanks but I HATE THAT STUFF - i was on so much of it when first admitted that i couldnt see straight. Too much meds zombies you out thats the problem

Fibromyalgia is yet another illness that is poorly understood and treated by the doctors who diagnose it. What most wont tell you is that many cases are caused by infections.
If I had this diagnosis I would consult physicians who use a combined approach to treatment-alternative & conventional methods.

Take 1 before going to bed... It helps your muscles and body relax and helps to take away the pains... Find out if he/ she recommends them.

Lyrica is good. It can make you sleepy, tho. SInce it's been FDA approved for fibro insurance will cover it, if you have it.

Do not overeat or eat late and do not drink water within 2 hours before going to bed.
Music therapy 鈥?Listening to soft melodious music, Mozart or Handel for example.
