Fibromyalgia, has anyone got this???? |
I get very stiff in most of my joints and definatley have hypermobility syndrome but i have noticed that some of my syptoms could be linked to Fibromyalgia I have fibromyalgia...there are many,many different symptoms that go along with this shall we say "affliction" for me things were alot worse in the beginning and I was very angry and sad that all of a sudden I was limited and weak. I was only 29 when diagnosed. There are several drugs to help with muscle pain,depression,inflamation,etc...my choice was to take nothing and to slowly learn how to cope with my new lifestyle because I did not want to be stoned,sleepy,or dense all day.Not to mention drugs all have side effects. keeping as active as possible really does help so much! I remember in the beginning I would get so emotional when people would tell me to get moving and do something because I hurt so much...but honestly just take exercise very slowly and don't try to do as much as you use to be able to do because you just can't anymore and that is something you have to accept. I wish you the best....its a hard road but it does get better I promise <3 |
