I would highly suggest that you look into using glutathione. MaxGXL has been clinically proven to raise glutathione levels. My wife's best friend has been using it and has fibromyalgia. She has been pain free for the last 2 weeks.

Well you can retrain yourself to have a positive outlook in life. I also have fibro and found that all those negative thoughts were ruining my health and my life. This is how I changed my life:

Whenever I had a negative thought I would say NO! To myself and then I would substitute a positive thought , completely rejecting the negative thoughts. One negative thought can lead you to another , and another until you are seeing nothing but negatives. Its all about balance in your own life, YOU can decide to live a more positive life, which in return will give you better health.

Now many people will reject that idea because they dont understand just how negative thoughts affect our bodies. When you have negative thoughts, your brain goes into a cycle causes your body to release hormones and natural chemicals that prepares your body for the"fight or flight"cycle. Those hormones and chemicals are part of the reason people who have fibromyalgia have pain in their bodies. They cause pain!

You can also become stuck in that fight or flight cycle and your body never gets the down time it needs to heal from all those daily insults we expose our bodies to. Thus our sleep cycles are disturbed and we have more and more pain. So yes, positive attitude is crucial for our improved health!

There are those who will resent your new positive attitude and will seek to drag you back into that negative rut. So please remember that you have to make choices that will protect your health. You deserve to have better health.

I would like to suggest you acquire a movie to watch that explains alot about how positive thoughts can affect your health and life. The movie is called,"What the Bleep Do We Know?". Its a very complicated movie , it may take a few viewings to understand it fully.

Don't let anyone tell you that you cant control your thoughts and your life. You can do it!

My mother and cousin have fibromyalsia also, they are always tired and sometimes can't make it out of the bed. They always tell me that doing a little work in the yard makes them feel better because the garden or yard is something that they CAN control. The disease does not give them any control over their bodies and that feeling makes them upset. So, when they find something that they can control they use it to make them feel better, like they can accomplish things. There are people all over sharing the same feelings you have, find a support group on the net to talk about how you feel and find what others do to up their attitude. Sometimes helps to know that you are not the only one.

One of the biggest obstacles to receiving the correct diagnosis of fibromyalgia many patients face is the vague nature of the symptoms. The symptoms of fibromyalgia can cover a huge range of physical and even emotional symptoms. This leaves doctors and other health care professionals often floundering in the dark. Let鈥檚 face it; chronic fatigue and even pain can mean a lot of things. It鈥檚 even worse when doctors use tests as diagnostic tools and come up absolutely no definitive answer. As of yet, there isn鈥檛 a single effective test for fibromyalgia. It is a matter of ruling out other more common conditions. Here is a look at some of the more likely symptoms patients with fibromyalgia have to deal with.

* Issues with facial pain and headaches
* Chronic fatigue
* Emotional symptoms

If fibromyalgia has even crossed your mind in terms of your own health, you already know that chronic pain is part of the deal. However you should also be on the lookout for problems with headaches and pain in the face. Just like every other aspect of fibromyalgia, no one is really sure what causes the headaches and face pain, but some experts believe it might be a connection between those with fibromyalgia and Temporomandibular joint dysfunction. It can be almost assured that the head and face pain is related to the common soreness in the neck and shoulders.

I'm a 54 yr.old man and I've had fibromyalgia for almost 10 yrs. Because of the excruciating pain I suffer with, I haven't been able to work anymore. Sometimes the meds. help and sometimes they don't. I had no positive outlook in life and my mood swings were constant. I was watching Oprah and she was promoting a book called A New Earth (awakening your lifes purpose) by Eckhart Tolle. So I read this book and it's changed the way I think and feel. Now I accept the life I have. Maybe this book can also help you. Take care.

a positive outlook will help you in so many ways the best thing i can tell you is to just do it i konw it sounds so cliche but you can't let your illness be all that defines you go on and live life and deal with hurdles as they come best of luck to you
