I have horrible head pain when I sleep . Does anyone have this problem as associated with fibromyalgia? I do get head pain alot-even very soft pillows canbe painfulot o lay on! Hello, And I truly feel for you. I too have fibro. and yes (not every night) but many, I do have head pain. I have been taking the new FDA approved drug Lyrica. It has helped ALOT but it does have a very big side effect that I have found very bothersome so have just recently stoped taking it, weight gain. I took it for 6 months and gained a whopping 50 lbs. So you will have to weigh your options and if you do decide to try it watch what you eat. But, with the pain of fibro. and I also suffer from chronic migraines as well...the Lyrica took all of it away. Life was great until I couldn't breath from being over weight.
