To Juls: Re Fibromyalgia?

Sorry to post this publically, but you do not allow email...-but you misread my response and are jumping to false conclusions about it's money-

My question for other is

a person says I have back pain-I thought it was just Fibromyalgia-but now I'm not sure....(paraphrased)

didn't say anything else about being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia-only said thought back pain was Fibromyalgia-

As I am a patient in the for front of Fibromyalgia research-

I responded that IF back pain is the only symptom-it is not Fibromyalgia-

the point being that I was confirming her suspicion that it MIGHT NOT BE Fibromyalagia-

Also-many doctors falsely label any pain-even isolated back pain as Fibromyalgia-even thoguh it is not.

I never said she didn't other wise have it-

I said IF

Then I get a NASTIGRAM from the asker---

As she asked the question (Could my back pain be Fibromyalgia -WITH NO OTHER DETAILS)-

I feel there is nothign wrong with my answer (BAck pian alone isnt FMS

Question:

Do you feel my answer is inappropriate?

Should I have been able to read her ind and known the important info taht she left out-and make assumptions-

I have found that some people on this site send nastigrams when they are not called for. However, none of us can control these nastigrams. My advice to you is to blow her off, don't answer anymore of her questions and chalk her up as history. Don't lose any sleep over her. I have received a few nastigrams myself, when in fact, I was truly trying to help the person. I blocked these people and will never answer a question of theirs (even if I am an expert on their question's subject matter). Your answer was fine, it's obvious it is her that is the problem. If I were you I would block her and not help her again.
