I think i have Fibromyalgia, i have been to the doctor here for the same pain for 10 years.?

I HAVE BEEN TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM THEY TESTED ME FOR ARTHRITIS, MY LIVER ENZYMES, I HURT ALL THE TIME FROM THE TOP OF MY HEAD TO THE BOTTOM OF MY FEET ARKANSAS DOCTORS HAVE TOLD ME FOR 10 YEARS THAT ITS ALL IN MY HEAD.

Hi Bonnie, I really empathize with you. I had several emergency room trips and countless doctors' visits and other tests before I was finally diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Since fibromyalgia is often such a hard diagnosis to arrive at, start trying to figure out what gives you pain relief and go from there. I take 800 mg. of Aleve and a 1000-mg. flaxseed oil capsule every night at bedtime, and I take Arnica tablets (a homeopathic herb) as needed for flareups. Check out the links below for information. did they send you to a shrink or give you a anti depressant / mood elevator (both nearly the same)
I feel like you. I constantly feel ill. My symptoms are aching body from head to toe. sharp pains throughout body, joints, muscles. I tire easily and feel sick from certain foods, etc. etc. I'm been tested for lots of stuff but apparently nothing is wrong with me. Life is a struggle that's for sure. If you feel unwell it is not in your mind and I hope that you one day feel better.
See a rheumatologist. There is definitely a thing call fibromyalgia. Some doctors don't accept it and consider you to have mental problems. Don't see them if they make you feel that way. They are lacking in knowledge. It's a lot like back pain with some doctors. If you have pressure points of pain in your body that go to different parts of your body without ever being in the same place, you could have fibromyalgia. It effects your muscles and will cause you to have flares of pain. You could also have chronic pain syndrome. Arkansas doctors? Okay, then.

have they ruled out liver disease or kidney disease?
