Does anyone out there have Fibromyalgia?

Does anyone have Fibromyalgia or know anyone with it? I have it and cannot take pain medications as I am allergic to them. Does anyone know any alternative treatments I can try? Do you find that your pain goes in cycles? Do any of you experience a burning sensation anywhere? I have it in my back and chest and stomach and don't know yet how to deal with it. I also get VERY tired dealing with this pain all the time. Any suggestions?

I have Fibromyalgia I have had it for years now. I also have lupus SLE. I,m also allergic to pain killers I have just learnt to live with the pain. yes I get burning sensations in my toes and yesterday I had sudden burning in the face I have never had that befor. sorry I don't really have any suggestions for it or I would be trying things my self. good luck.

i have it and reducing my milk intake seemed to help-but remember to check all labels for hidden milk

Bio feed back is a good form of pain management with out MEDS. ask about that.
