Does anyone have personal experience using aloe in any form to help with arthritic pain or fibromyalgia pain?

I have had Fibro for 20 years. Aloe does not help with the pain. If you're looking for a topical try one with Capsaisin in it. Please wash your hands and under your nails really good if you use it, you do not want this stuff making it's way to your eyes! :)
No but it really helps with cuts and blisters. I had a plant that had aloe in its sap. When I cut myself in the garden or making suppper, I'd take a leaf, and run some sap on it. The cut or blister would heal very quickly.
