Fibromyalgia, the Fatigue that comes with this condition...?

If you have this or know someone who has it, how do you deal with this debilitating part of this conditoin- the Fatique?

I have a friend and a cousin with FM, and each takes a different approach. My friend uses those menthol patches you can get at a drugstore for specific areas that really hurt each day. She tries to walk where she needs to go when she can walk to keep her muscles moving, and she starts and ends each day with a hot bath and tissue massage if she can stand it. She says that the pain from the massage is worth it because she will feel better the next day, usually.
My cousin has been dealing with FM for about a decade or so, and her pain is closely linked to weather patterns and humidity, she says. Back in the 90s, she went through an electrolysis system that she said helped, it was a kit she took home and used on a scheduled basis. She lost quite a bit of weight upon diagnosis, and for her, she says that some days she needs painkillers and muscle relaxers just to get out of bed. Her routine is much more subdued; she is very slow and deliberate with everything she does. One thing my friend does is write down in a schedule the things she wants to get done... including time to soak in tub or watch a movie. She says it helps her stay motivated when the day is planned in increments... even if they are planned moments of sitting or reclining.
my sister has it...she is almost a cripple.

I don't know if I have it but everywhere on my body hurts to the slightest touch. Is that it?
my mom has that she just is very strong but sometimes she will go to bed early if you want more info email me and i will have her write back
That is a good question. Try a good multi vitamin with B vitamins, thiamin, potassium in it, and make sure you take the proper amounts. Contact a holistic doctor. They will give you the best advice.
I know it is hard, but make yourself walk, keep your body active, and it will help with the fatigue, and the muscle aches. On some days all you want to do is stay in bed, but that is the worst thing to do, get up and move, otherwise you will just feed the condition.
my bbf has this, she takes relaxing bathes, naps alot and gets in the hot tub. best of luclk 2 u.
