Vegemite cure for fibromyalgia?

has any one tryed the Vegemite cure for fibromyalgia.
how much do you use.

Fibromyalgia is a neurological disease, and a this time, there is no cure. There may be some things that people take to help ease symptoms, but they will not cure fibromyalgia.

There are many symptoms of FM that are not part of a diagnosis, and the condition can be complicated in that way. Every person is different, so each person can have some symptoms that others with FM don't have. What may help you may not work for someone else. All you can do is try it and see what it does for you, but be careful about supposed cures for it!

Good luck!

No but I heard of going on a gluten free (wheat free) diet is good for reducing symptoms.

There are Vegemite enthusiasts and there are Marmite enthusiasts.
