Want to improve my fitness but not lose weight?


I'm 5ft 9 and weighed 9 stone 7lbs and was happy with my weight. I intend to join the forces in the near future so want to improve my fitness, but for the past month or two I have found that my weight has decreased but I don't want this to happen. Any advice? Thank you!

don't try putting weight on by eating lots of fat/chocolates/cake

eat a healthy diet but more of it - bigger portions and/or you could increase the amount of protein and carbs you have - try full fat milk shakes with bananas to go with meals as well

try gymophobics , not sure if they have it in youre area, its airpressure not weights 3mins each machine takes half hour , bit pricey but fingers crosssed

just eat leaner foods and exersize more and eat alot of carbs us whey protein its a weight gainer and makes muscle mass witch will help make u leaner

easy answer: lots of running and up your carbs before training. good luck!

wish i had that problem, just eat more to offset.

up your intake of calories and carbs...?
