Is Balancing A Skill or A Fitness Component? |
There is a debate between my friend and my PE teacher and I just want to know what you think. Can you please say why you think that so i can show my teacher! Thanks! It probably is a bit of both, although I'd say more practice than a skill; however, the biggest factor is fitness. A person whose body has muscular tone and a normal center of gravity will be able to balance with less effort and for longer periods of time. Balancing is A Skill |
