Alright. My first question is: i have this thin layer of fat right in front of my abdominals. I just want to know if the sit ups and crunches I'm currently doing can finish the job(i can feel the Abs, just cant see 'em). 1-No, only sit ups and crunches will not do the trick. Your abs might be really firm, but you need normal exercise and a good diet to loose fat. While sit ups will help tighten the area around your abdomen, spot reduction of fat is impossible. The only way to see the abs would be to burn most of your fat. |
