I just want to know... I run my dog at 5.30am each morning and 4.30pm after work each evening 6k's a day but I get w/ends off - 5 days a week 2x daily. well the way that i keep fit is that i run every morning for 35 minutes (6kms) and then in the afternoon i bike ride for 30 minutes. i do not have a home gym as i prefer to go outside,plus i am only 14 so i don't have the money either. i do sit ups and squats every day and when i am home alone i dance, it really keeps me fit!! my height is 158cm and i weigh 49kg. |

I go to LA Fitness also and all of the classes are included in the monthly membership. When I bought my membership, the guy said you can just show up to whatever classes interest you whenever you ... kickboxing and high rep weight training can help that area tone up and be a little tighter ... be sure iut is high reps! good luck ...Yes. it airs on my local PBS affiliate. There are only two seasons of episodes, so they repeat a lot. ...Mine are to lose some extra weight and tone up :) I'm doing that by eating healthy and going to the gym 3 times a week, and also walking when I can :) Good luck to you too :D ...Everyones different and id eat every 3 hours not 2 hours. Try green tea it speeds up your metabolism and do about 50 to 100 situps a day. If you have an excersize ball you can limit those situps to... You don't have Billy Blank's Tae Bo on this list. Those workouts are awesome! They will whip you into shape, and they are fun to do! My favorites are the Boot Camp Elite with the billy... GO to the club or their website and find out. ... |
