Body fitness training help? |
I'm 19, about 5'10", ~160 lbs and I'm looking to tone and gain a little mass. I used to lift when I was younger but I stopped a couple years ago but still have a pretty decent body build just need to work on burning some fat and toning while gaining some mass. Mostly looking to improve my body but not looking to win any body building contests lol. If you could give me some help on a workout schedule, excercizes that would be good, or just any advice at all in this topic would be much appreciated. I'm not overweight or fat i'm just looking to make a better body My advice would be to find a personal trainer at a reputable gym and get them to come up with a plan that suits your goals, and schedule. do exerecises that use your own body weight. ie. push ups, pull ups, squats, lunges, sit ups. If needed add a medicine ball to your workout. i do know by doing push ups so and then when you feel like it increases your mussles to |
